Meet Teri Kerr ~

Originally from Tipp City, Ohio, Teri moved to Lexington, Kentucky, about 30 years ago.  Immediately she fell in love with the warmth of the land and the overall kindness of the people. Teri spent the next 11 years working with children and families in the Fayette County school system before turning her attention to real estate in 2002.

Teri’s charm and outgoing personality are the ideal combination for a successful real estate agent, and she was named top listing and selling agent in her first full year in the business. Teri continues this success, producing results for home buyers and sellers year after year.

Meet Jesse Kerr ~

Jesse is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a finance degree, including an emphasis in real estate. Upon graduating in the fall of 2004, Jesse followed in his mother’s footsteps, and together they formed the Kerr Team.

Jesse is no stranger to working with his family or other families. The Kerr family has always valued putting others needs first and treating others the way they would like to be treated.  Jesse’s goal is to exceed the expectations of every buyer and seller to ensure their overall experience is exceptional in every way.

Today, Jesse uses his experience in finance, warm Lexington personality, and unique understanding of the Bluegrass to help others find and fulfill their dreams right here in Central Kentucky.
